Matthew B.F. Biren: Our practice at this point has evolved to really being specialized in handling complex medical injuries. Our philosophy is that a person who’s injured, who comes to our office, deserves to be represented by senior people in the firm right from the beginning. I’ve developed a tremendous expertise over the almost 40 years now that I’ve been representing seriously injured people. We’ve developed tools and skills in proving liability, meaning proving that somebody was at fault for causing their damages, and how to present those damages so that we can maximize for our clients the recovery, the compensation, that they’re awarded.

I don’t like to lose. I hate to lose, so I’m going to work harder than anybody else and make sure that my clients get not just 100 percent but 110 percent of everything I can do for them.
