Video Transcript

-If somebody's got an adverse decision by a judge or jury, they have the right to appeal the decision to the court of appeals. As both a board certified family law and board certified in civil appellate law, I have the experience necessary to understand not only family law at the trial court level, but family law court at the court of appeals level.

One of the things I do to help folks through the process is, first of all, explaining how different it is from being in front of the trial court. I also educate them of the cost. I also educate them of the time it takes for an appeal to be filed, the briefs written, and for the court of appeals to make a decision.

If you've received an adverse decision by a judge or a jury, call me to discuss your options. We understand. We can help.
