[GRAPHIC: Super Lawyers, Alan Lescht rated by Super Lawyers. Attorney Alan Lescht describes his employment law practice and how his experience benefits his clients]

Alan Lescht: My name is Alan Lescht and I'm the founder of Alan Lescht and associates. We're seven lawyers who represent individuals in employment disputes. We represent individuals both in the private sector and in the federal government.

For federal employees, we represent them in everything ranging from responding to proposed discipline to EEO matters, to clearance issues.
For individuals in the private sector, we represent people involved in wrongful termination suits, regular discrimination lawsuits, non-competing agreements.

I've got nearly twenty eight years of experience, I sit down and listen, I go over the case with the clients and determine whether or not that there is a valid lawsuit. If there is, I lay out a plan to solve that and a plan to achieve the results that the clients want. We're not interested in process, we're interested in results.
